Magnetic folding box
Most blister boxes are folded quickly with preset creases and folding lines to reduce space and facilitate packaging and transportation. After the box is laid flat and unfolded, it can still be used normally without damage or deformation.
Paperboard Weight
The thickness of the magnetic box cardboard is mainly reflected in the cardboard. The common folding box cardboard is 2.4mm thick, with 1200 grams of cardboard as the box body. The cardboard of the large folding box can reach 5.12mm thick, with 1950 grams of single-sided black cardboard. We can select the cardboard based on your needs.

The production process of magnetic color boxes includes cardboard printing, cutting and creasing, gluing, embedding of magnets and metal sheets, fixing of protective films, and final folding and forming. The specific steps are as follows:
- Confirm your needs: Understand your specific requirements for the magnetic box, including size, style, cardboard material, magnet position, printing design, order quantity and delivery time.
- Design and sample making: Design the box structure diagram and printing effect diagram according to your needs, and make sample magnetic boxes for your confirmation so as to facilitate the subsequent batch order production.
- Cardboard printing: Choose the right cardboard (hardboard, grey cardboard or black cardboard), print on the surface and glue it. We will ensure that the printing is clear and the color is correct.
