Gift box types

Choosing the right box type is the first step in customizing a gift box. The five most common styles are shown on the right. Of course, there are also two types: transparent and magnetic. These gift boxes have different designs, but they all reflect the unique charm and practicality of corrugated cardboard.

Gift box with lid

It consists of two parts: the lid (top cover) and the bottom (bottom cover). Commonly used in clothing, shoes, electronic products, and cosmetics.

Drawer Box

It consists of an outer box and one or more pull-out inner boxes and is commonly used for jewelry, trinkets, and tea.

Mailer Box

It is usually formed by die-cutting a piece of corrugated cardboard and folding it into shape, with a built-in locking structure.

Folding Carton

It is made by die-cutting, creasing and folding single-layer cardboard, and is used for high-end gifts, clothing, and seasonal gifts.

Handle Box

The top of the box is designed with a handle structure for easy carrying. It is used for baked goods, children’s gifts, and fast food takeout.

Outer Paper Materials

On the right are 3 types of color box paper materials.
If you pursue extreme color and delicate texture: consider coated paper;
If you prefer good printing effect and high cost performance, choose white cardboard.
If you require a high-strength panel and durability, choose kraft paper.

Art Paper

The surface is smooth and delicate, the printing color reproduction is high and the gloss is good.

White Cardboard

Strong and thick, good printing effect, high cost performance.

Kraft Paper

It has high strength, good toughness, and a retro, environmentally friendly natural texture.

Surface Finishing

After the color box is printed, the surface is usually further processed. In addition to the basic protection function, it makes the color box more textured and high-end. Printing Colors

We can print in many colors, including white, pink, gold, red, blue, etc. We can also print in Pantone colors or CMYK. See how we print beautiful colors.

Single Color Printing

For example, only print black, pink, or yellow.

If you have a specific brand color or design requirement, please provide the Pantone color number.

Gift box sizes

Before customizing the color box size, be sure to provide the maximum length, width, and height of the product. We will customize various sizes according to your specific requirements and inserts to prevent the product from shaking inside.
