Material selection and preparation: Choose food-standard paper: food-grade kraft paper or white cardboard, and apply a layer of waterproof and oil-proof food coating to prevent liquid leakage.
Printing Design: Flexographic printing or UV offset printing of your logo, text and pattern, ensuring vivid colors and wear resistance.
Cutting and forming: Cut the printed paper into the shape of the cup wall and bottom according to the predetermined size for subsequent assembly.
Cup wall forming: A special paper cup forming machine curls the cup wall into a cylindrical shape and glues the overlapping parts of the paper to form an integrated cup body structure.
Bottom seal: Fix and heat seal the pre-made paper cup bottom sheet to the bottom of the cup wall to ensure a firm seal.
