How XiangGe Package custom magnetic lid gift box
The production process of magnetic color boxes includes cardboard printing, cutting and creasing, gluing, embedding of magnets and metal sheets, fixing of protective films, and final folding and forming. The specific steps are as follows:
- Confirm your needs: Understand your specific requirements for the magnetic box, including size, style, cardboard material, magnet position, printing design, order quantity and delivery time.
- Design and sample making: Design the box structure diagram and printing effect diagram according to your needs, and make sample magnetic boxes for your confirmation so as to facilitate the subsequent batch order production.
- Cardboard printing: Choose the right cardboard (hardboard, grey cardboard or black cardboard), print on the surface and glue it. We will ensure that the printing is clear and the color is correct.
- Die-cutting and creasing: We use special die cutters to cut and creasing the printed cardboard to form the folding lines and opening structure of the box to ensure that the magnetic box can be opened and closed smoothly.
- Installation of magnets and metal sheets: Place magnets and metal sheets in the magnet slots pre-set on the cardboard, usually between the reinforcing plate and the baffle. Fix them by applying glue to ensure that the magnets are firmly fixed and do not fall off.
- Folding and gluing: The indented cardboard is folded into the shape of the box according to the design, and glue is evenly applied to ensure that the box is firm and has no debonding.
- Molding and quality inspection: Finally, the box is placed in the molding machine for edge pressing and molding to ensure the standard shape of the box. 100% full inspection to eliminate defective products such as debonding, deformation, color difference, etc.
