How we produce hang tags
Below is our XiangGe Package production process:
- Design. Use AI or CAD tools to design and layout the tag content and pictures, and confirm with the customer.
- Plate making. Output the designed files into films for subsequent printing.
- Paper cutting: Cut the original paper into the size suitable for printing.
- Printing. According to the design requirements, choose the appropriate printing method for printing. Lamination or hot stamping if necessary.
- Die-cutting: Die-cut the hangtag to facilitate subsequent creasing.
- Wash the waste paper. Take out the finished hangtags and treat the other papers as waste.
- Rope and quality inspection. Thread the tag through the rope and conduct a final quality inspection to ensure that there are no defects before packaging and shipment.
