90mm Paper Cup
90mm paper cups are primarily made of white cardboard or kraft paper, with an inner lining made of PE/PLA or environmentally friendly biodegradable materials.
Common capacities for 90mm paper cups range from 8oz to 16oz. We offer single-wall and double-wall paper cups.
90mm paper cup lids
For 90mm paper cup lids, we recommend using a water-based liner and removing the original PE/PLA material, allowing you to recycle them like regular paper. This lid features a water-wicking opening, allowing your customers to enjoy multiple servings.
All of our lids are FSC certified and meet EU and ISO standards. They are durable, leak-proof, and easy to replace. They are 24mm tall and 0.6mm thick, making them popular for coffee and hot beverage cups.
Choose single or double 90mm paper cup
Single-wall paper cups: Made of a single layer of cardboard, they are inexpensive, lightweight, environmentally friendly, and easily recyclable. However, their insulation is average and they can burn hands easily with hot drinks.
Double-wall paper cups: Double-walled cups have an insulating middle layer to prevent burns and are suitable for hot drinks. They are more expensive.
Both are suitable for beverages with a capacity of 12oz to 16oz. You can choose based on your beverage and customer needs. We can also produce premium 90mm paper cups. We can also custom paper cups for you.

We provide free surface printing content for you: logos, text, and patterns.
Sample confirmation
We will provide you with digital or printed samples and arrange DHL express delivery.
Production and QC
Based on the approved design and printing content, we will complete normal paper cup orders within 10 days.
