Our 5 ounce paper cup sleeves

Our 5oz paper cup sleeves are designed for insulation and comfortable handling for your customers. They are primarily for cups with a diameter of 65-80mm. Below are the most common materials for you to choose from:

Corrugated paper cup sleeves: Featuring embossed or corrugated patterns, customizable with your logo, height 55-65mm.
Plastic cup sleeves: Made of PP or PET, providing a non-slip grip and enhancing the overall visual appeal.

How we package 5oz paper cups

For standard orders, we package 5-ounce paper cups as follows to ensure safe handling and stacking:

Inner packaging: The cups are nested upside down, and every 100 cups are sealed in a plastic bag to prevent dust and deformation.
Outer packaging: 30 bags are placed in a corrugated cardboard box, totaling 3000 cups per box. The box dimensions are approximately 65 × 40 × 35 cm, with foam reinforcement in the four corners.

Labeling: A specification label (5oz/150ml) is attached to the outside of the box, and the box is sealed with tape to prevent damage to the paper cups during transportation and storage.
